Cancellation Policy

kdpilates CANCELLATION POLICY: For Group Classes @ The Philadelphia Association Classes from the 'Comprehensive and Flexible package' can not be refunded nor carried over. 'Drop in' classes are payable in advance to secure your place and 24hrs notice is required for full refunds For 1-1/2-1/Zoom classes: 24 hrs notice is required for any cancellations/amendments to avoid being charged for the class. For 1-1/2-1 packages: 24 hrs notice is required for any cancellations/amendments to avoid losing the class. The package is valid for 6 months from the date of the first class and classes cannot be carried over.
