The 1-1 classes are tailored to each individual client, and therefore is suitable for all levels. Whether you are a complete beginner, have remedial issues or have a been practising Pilates for years, kdpilates will work with you to help achieve your physical goals and gain a deeper understanding of your body and movement. *The package price is for 10 classes, payable in advance and is valid for 6 months from the date of the first session. Classes can not be refunded nor carried over. *24 hrs notice is required for any cancellations/amendments to avoid losing the class
